BASIC ELECTRONICS: 4 WEEKS F/T or 13 CLASSES PART TIME
Basic Electronics gives you an introduction to the exciting world of electronics by means of practically discovering the operation of electronic circuits and components. A basic course requiring no previous knowledge of electronics and is the compulsory starting point of all NEKSATEC electronic programmes.
DIGITAL ELECTRONICS: 4 WEEKS OR 13 CLASSES P/T
Digital Electronics is a course that trains students in the rapidly expanding digital world where digital circuits are fast replacing conventional analogue circuitry. Digital principles are experienced through practical circuit construction.
PIC MICRO CONTROLLERS: 5 WEEKS (full time)
PIC Micro Controller is a course that is a fast and fun way to get to grips with one of the most exciting microcontrollers in the world. Our course is designed to equip the student with all hardware as well as programming skills that ensures that all important principles are covered and fully understood.
INDUSTRIAL ELECTRONICS: 9 WEEKS (full time)
Industrial Electronics is a course that focuses on electronic components and systems used in industry for power control, automation, control systems and instrumentation. It also covers many consumer power electronic applications such as amplifiers, light dimmers, motor speed controls, lasers and Opto-electronics.
ADVANCED INDUSTRIAL ELECTRONICS: 12 WEEKS Advanced Industrial Electronics is an advanced course focusing on electronic components and systems used in industry for power control, automation, control systems and instrumentation. It also covers many consumer power electronic applications such as amplifiers, light dimmers, motor speed controls, lasers and Opto-electronics.
RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT : 5 WEEKS (full time)
Developing a design project from concept to production prototype. Includes CAD schematic and PCB design, board production and documentation of design processes. Together with the above five courses qualifies the student for the Electronic Technician Diploma.
